Membership in the Hawaii Neurological Society
Eligibility for membership in the Hawaii Neurological Society is specified in the bylaws (which can be viewed by clicking here). The current bylaws (as adopted in 2011) specify the following….
Any physician who has successfully completed an accredited neurology training program and resides or practices in the State of Hawaii may be a member of the Hawaii Neurological Society (hereinafter abbreviated HNS).
Membership dues are set by the executive committee. Current dues are:
- $100 first year fee for new members
- $50 annual renewal rate.
- Retired members and members still in training pay no dues but do not have votiing privileges.
- Membership dues include free admission to the HNS annual CME event.
